Important: Tickets, hotel bookings, attraction reservations, and other third-party items that have already been confirmed or purchased may be non-refundable or only partially refundable.
1. Standard Cancellation Rules
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the service date: eligible for a full refund, unless non-refundable third-party costs have already been incurred.
- Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the service date: partial refund may be provided after deducting booking, coordination, and any committed third-party costs.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service date, no-show cases, or same-day cancellations: generally non-refundable.
2. Customized Services
For tailor-made trips, private itineraries, peak-season products, and services that require manual coordination or advance purchase of third-party resources, the refundable amount depends on the actual costs already incurred and supplier policies.
3. Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Where resources remain available, we will try to accommodate one reasonable date change. Additional charges may apply if the new date falls on a higher-rate period or requires new third-party bookings.
4. Force Majeure and Operational Changes
If a service is materially affected by force majeure, severe weather, road closures, safety issues, or other operational circumstances beyond reasonable control, we will communicate available options such as rescheduling, route adjustment, service substitution, partial refund, or refund of the unused service portion where appropriate.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. Actual arrival time may depend on the payment channel, card issuer, bank, or payment institution.
