2. Booking and Payment

Orders submitted through this website are subject to availability and confirmation. Full payment or deposit payment may be required depending on the product. By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

3. Pricing

Unless otherwise stated, all prices shown on the website are quoted in Japanese Yen (JPY). Prices displayed on product pages, order confirmation pages, and the payment page should match. Additional charges may apply where a booking requires extra hours, overtime, route changes, tolls, parking fees, child seats, or other special arrangements not included in the listed product.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate travel details, including passenger information, flight details, hotel addresses, pickup and drop-off locations, and other information necessary to fulfill the service. Delays or service issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may affect the booking.

5. Amendments and Service Changes

Changes to travel dates, pickup times, routes, or service details are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes, but cannot guarantee that all modifications can be accepted.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
